Pullulanase Enzyme degrading pnUnlan, a branched starch pullulanase catalyzes the hydrolysis of the a-l,6-glncosidic linkage in a-glucans. Pullulanase preferentially hydrolyzes pnUnlan while isoamylase has a preference for glycogen and amylopectin.
