All Projects Are Done Twice

Too many projects are done twice the dumb way. The first time though they, or major portions of them, are done wrong because of poor or no planning. Such waste and the associated frustration, loss of clients and customers or constituents, budget overruns, and, for businesses, low or no profitability, can be largely avoided by the project management philosophy, plan our work and work our plan.  [Pg.173]
