BREED algorithm

This is a seareh algorithm based upon the evolutional proeess of natural seleetion of the fittest members of a given population to breed the next generation. 

Figure 7.9 Non-deterministic de novo design pipeline including an evolutionary algorithm for optimization. This scheme contains a population-based algorithm that mimicks biological evolution through mutation and recombination during the breeding process.

On the basis of antibodies expected breed rate selection operation, concentration of the natural immune system regulation mechanism, namely the antibody concentration low promotion, suppression of antibody concentration is high, thus maintaining the diversity of antibodies, prevent the algorithm into premature convergence antibody and antigen affinity of antibody development to better control of the individual direction. 

It is their wrter parallelism - i.e. the way in which crossover builds the solution - which makes genetic algorithms an attractive alternative to other optimization schemes such as simulating annealing. If trees of Os and Is are used instead of strings, it even becomes possible to breed computer programs by this method.
