Active packages Transfer

A consolidated questionnaire including the questions (not the Guidelines) of all packages (except Ship) has also been developed. A substantial number of questions are common among the questionnaires and therefore the use of this working document will help to minimize duplication for larger companies that carry out several MPC activities. The Transfer Terminal questionnaire can also be used to assess land-based intermodal transfer terminals. 

The active micro-channel cooling contains a cooling system centered on a microheat collector that is fabricated much in the same way as the chip. Heat collector usually has a dense amount of micro-channels etched into the surface that works to transfer heat to a fluid, which is circulated through the entire package.
