Chromosomal translocations observed in lymphoid tumors which have been shown to involve immunoglobulin loci 

Oncogenes or breakpoint regions which might be involved in the above translocations have been located on the following chromosomes 8 (c-myc and pw-1) 11 ( 7-1) 18 (bcl-2). 

Finally, most commonly found in human T cell tumors is an inversion of chromosome 14 or a translocation of parts of the long arm of chromosome 14 to an-
