Another interesting biological application possibility was found by Yang etal. <2005JHC609>, who described that some pyrazolo[5, -//][ 1.2.3.5 ]tctrazin-4(3H)-ones have been identified as potential herbicides.

Yang etal. [97] examined the stereochemistry of the photocycloaddition of acetaldehyde and cis- and trans-2-butene which they suggested proceeds via the n, re state. A mechanism involving singlet 1,4-diradical was proposed to explain... 

Influence of residual water on the adsorption properties of LiLSX has been reported by R.T.Yang etal. [6]. We repeated the experiment in our lab. Fig.2 (a) shows the N2 capacity versus the residual water in LiLSX. At first, as the water content goes up, the N2 capacity drops sharply fix)m 30ml/g to 3.8ml/g, then it descends much more slowly. The curve reveals a turn-point at about 32 H2O per unit cell. This result is in good agreement with that of R.T. Yang.

Yang etal. report an experimental and computational study of mass transfer to a channel wall downstream of a cylinder. The rate of mass transfer was recorded at various locations. Ferricyanide reduction at a mass-transfer-controlled rate from an electrolyte containing a large amount of KCl was used for the experimental measurements. A diagram of the cell is shown in Fig. 7. A cylinder of diameter d is placed a distance b from the bottom wall, and a working electrode of length 2L is placed at a distance x downstream of the center of the cylinder.
