Yam spinning

DoreTex is a yam-spinning company that focuses on high-end yams. While 60% of the company s output is synthetic, the company s core focus is cotton. This is both because the DoreTex production technology is based on the system used for cotton and because the natural fibre, along with linen, hemp, silk, wool and cashmere, is what ensmes the company s privileged relationship with the fashion industry. Consequently, the application of the decision-making process was focussed on the cotton division. 

Top dyeing and spinning (Socks), in which the wool top was dyed and spun into yam Spinning (Socks/Garment), in which the wool top was spun into yam Covering (Socks), in which the wool was wrapped in nylon yam Yam dyeing (Socks/Garment)...

Co-spun polymer-metal yams. These consist of a polymeric textile fiber and a metal filament part united by a yam spinning method. 

Fibers and yams and threads are typically in the order of micrometer or millimeter. This could be compared with triad layers in the realm of nanometer to 10 of nanometer. Textile processes like yam spinning, embroidery, etc. for sure make different textiles come together, but this is due to mechanical-physical means, not chemical. Triads are the basis for transistors, the heart of high-performance computation. We caimot expect the same level of efficiency quality for any textile device mimicking the triad of state-of-the art electronics.
