Willingness to Pay for Organic Beef

The results as to consumers willingness to pay can be shown in different ways  

as the share of consumers willing to buy organic beef at different priee levels  

in terms of average maximum priee at which eonsumers would buy i) the minimum quantity of organie beef or ii) the same quantity they usually purchased of regular quality. 

The shares of eonsumers stating they would buy organic beef at different priees are shown in Tables 2 and 3. The shares address the answers to the first bid priee of those respondents who were eonsumers of either regular roast or minute steak.
