Welted tape

Welted tape is a cotton or viscose tape with a narrow welt at the edge. 

The materials needed are the same as described In Issue 1, except that the point of a nail makes a more efficient firing pin than a bolt. The. I I0 shotgun shell fits the half in. size of the pipe very nicely, while 3/A Inch lead pipe works welt as the outside sleeve. Wrap the 1/2 Inch section In duct tape until there Is...
