Volatile elements carbonatites

Where these elements are enriched, the transporting agent must have been a silicate or carbonatitic melt. Therefore, the introduction of the volatiles found in the fluid inclusions may have been the result of fluid migration that occurred much more recently than the events responsible for the enrichment of other trace elements.
