UPs with Incorporated Perfluoropolyether Segments

The materials exhibit some unusual properties. The structure of the flu-orinated polyether segments affect important properties of the UPRs. Phase separation was observed. At a low molecular weight (1100) of the fluorinated macromonomer, a very high adhesion of the fluorine-rich phase with the matrix was found. [Pg.36]

The morphology and its effect on resilience, on the behavior in flexural and impact tests were investigated. In general, an increase in toughness with respect to standard UPRs was observed. [Pg.36]
