Unimolecular micellar characteristic

The unimolecular micellar characteristics of this poly(ammonium carboxylate) 156 were demonstrated 179 by UV analysis of guest molecules, such as pinacyanol chloride, phenol blue, and naphthalene combined with fluorescence lifetime decay experiments employing diphenylhexatriene as a molecular probe. As mentioned in Section 4, the analysis of rate data resulting from unimolecular reactions is considerably easier than the analysis of such data for bimolecular reactions, and the same is true for pseudounimolecular reactions.
