Two-dimensional ion maps

Reconstruct two-dimensional ion maps for the demethyl metabolite based on a given product ion m/z 204 value that was monitored in each mass spectrum. As shown in Fig. 8.2d, the color of each pixel represents the intensity of the selected ion contributed from the metabolite (see Note 19).
