4 Training of each employee involved in the process is complete. 

A completed section within the MOC data package should indicate when training of each employee involved in the startup of a new or modified process is complete. 

Training of employees not directly involved with initial startup is also an issue of concern. When blended properly with a facility s MOC data package requirements, the PSSR team may consider training complete for introduction of
