Tracking Resolution and Physics Issues

To evaluate the importance of each of these effects on actual physics measurements, w( considered three scenarios for tracking re.solution and multiple. scattering and compared the results of four representative physics analyses. We assumed that tlie track parameters

The first scenario is a helium-based drift chamber with good position resolution, the second also uses helium but has a degraded resolution, while the last is a typical argon-based chamber with good resolution.
