TL and OSL after Exposure to UV Light

It was found that AIN ceramics is very sensitive to UV light. To estimate its applicability for needs of UV dosimetry it was studied in comparison with AI2O3 - a widely used dosimeter material suitable for measurements of UV dose [30]. 

AlN is sensitive to UV irradiation in a broad spectral range from 200 to 350 nm, covering UV-C (200-280nm), UV-B (280-315nm), and partly UV-A (315-400nm) regions. From OSL excitation spectrum it follows that AIN
