Titration with urease on the solid phase

Titration with urease on the solid phase Urease is [Pg.367]

Measurement of enzyme activity in homogeneous enzyme immunoastsays [Pg.367]

Homogeneous assays are not subjected to separation steps and the assay mixture may contain many substances (introduced with the sample) such as inhibitors, activators, contaminating enzymes, etc., in addition to the essential components. [Pg.367]

Enzyme activity is established under optimum conditions, as discussed for the various enzymes in Chapter 10, unless contraindicated in Section 14.3. However, these conditions should not be to the detriment of the antigen-antibody interaction, i.e., the pH should be close to neutrality and the ionic strength suitable. Homogeneous systems with assay conditions different from those described in Chapter 10 are given in Section 14.3. [Pg.368]

Improvements in the detectability, specificity, and speed of enzyme immunoassays [Pg.368]
