Thin-laver chromatography TLC

Because of the simitar polarity of certain degradates on HPLC, thin-laver chromatography (TLC) systems were developed to provide improved separation and enable quantitation of components that could not be separated by HPLC. Recovery checks were also made comparing the quantity of radioactivity recovered from the TLC plate prior to and after elution in a solvent system. [Pg.106]
