The influences of structure and thermo-mechanical conditions on shape memoiy properties are very complex, especially for T -shape memoiy polyurethanes (SMPUs). The establishment of a model to correlate microstractnre and thermomechanical conditions with the shape memory properties of T -SMPUs is signiflcant. Some attempts have been made (Buckley et al., 2007 Chen and Lagoudas, 2008 Li and Larock, 2000 Liu et al., 2006 Morshedian et al., 2005 Tobushi et al, 2001), but less significant progress has been achieved in modeling the shape memoiy behavior of polymers, especially in cases of laige deformation. [Pg.320]
