The unnecessary electronic control station

Can you imagine that an easily manageable work group needs a control station to manage one of the work on hand lists that has been guaranteed as feasible in terms of its scheduling We cannot either  

All processes for all orders are guaranteed feasible by the SCM in advance. A control station does not make any sense at all in this world.
