The form of this subroutine depends on the value of Info (13). If Info(13)=0. a dummy form of Esub suffices [Pg.203]

When Info(13) 0. Esub may be organized as in the following pseudocode [Pg.203]

If Info(13) = 1, then E must be a diagonal matrix. Its work space is dimensioned as Ework( ) and its elements are inserted as follows [Pg.204]
