The Localized Phase of Disordered Polymers

In this chapter we study the properties of polymers in the localized phase. We focus on extracting properties of the trajectories from the a priori much weaker information that the free energy of the system is positive. Moreover such estimates will naturally also yield results on the free energy itself. 

In this chapter the charge sequences, w and Ci, are considered bi-infinite, i. e. they are indexed by Z rather than N. This is just a technical point and could be avoided, but we adopt it because it simplifies a certain number of expressions.
