These sentences have exactly the same meaning. The top line is read from left to right, and the bottom from right to left. 

The Egyptians apparently liked s)nn-metry AAThen they wrote a phrase in hieroglyphics vertically from top to bottom on a wall or column, they would often rewrite the text as a mirror image on the opposite side of the room as shown here.
