This beer is a replacement for Ml Botched Brown, which had a starting gravity of1.028 because I didn t crush the 8 pounds ofKlages malt. That one never made it to the fermenter. The sparge went slow, but brew went OK otherwise. This ale won first place in the Brown Ale category at the [Pg.64]
