Tetraorganotin Compounds Containing Pseudohalogen Substituents

The tetraorganotin derivatives containing a cyano group linked through carbon to tin listed in Table 110 are prepared by methods from the following scheme. 

II Hydrostannation reaction of unsaturated nitriles with organotin hydrides RsSnH and R SnE  

Synth By rxn. of Me2C CHCN with BusSnH under UV irradiation in Ar atm. in 68% yield (2680). 

with Bu3SnH under UV irradiation - BueSn2 + Me2CHCH2CN (2680).
