The CH2 protons at 8 3.91 appear as a triplet of triplets, with three-and four-bond FH coupling constants of 13.2 and 1.6 Hz, respectively. The CF2H proton at 8 5.88 appears also appears as a triplet of triplets, with two- and three-bond FH coupling constants of 53 and 4.2 Hz, respectively.
