Task 3 Develop a Greenfield Vision

If the DT is using a consultant, we recommend tiiat tiie consultant develop the greenfield vision. The DT should make tiie consultant or team members satisfy each specification. If they cannot, they should assure all the others that they have exhausted every possibility. The greenfield package should include the following  

Together the DT and FLT should identify the realities that are barriers to implementation of the greenfield. These can include all the factors we mentioned previously. The purpose is not to discourage the free-thinking process but to set the stage for making the appropriate trade-off between the greenfield and the to-be process.
