What is the cause of this asymmetry of potentials The homolateral cortex shows more activity in layer 2,3 (negative) than the contralateral cortex. Is there any causal relation with the prefrontal cortex searching on the layer 2,3  

The points of intersection (contact) are 28ms, 120ms, 290ms
