2 Oxidation of Ta at 500°C A. 130 nm thick layer of metallic Ta was deposited on the inner surface of quartz capillary, and then oxidized in oxygen at 500°C for 2 h. 

4 Precipitation and Annealing at 80CPC Properties 3-form, BET specific surface area 1 inVg, particle radius 12.5 pm [1969]. 

Solutions of Ta(C2H5O)5 in ethanol and of water and Nil., in ethanol were mixed and aged for 1 h-1 d at 20-70°C.
