Synthesis from Sulphonyl Azides

The synthesis of azidocyclopropanes has been accomplished with varying success via the nitrogen transfer reaction from toluene-p-sulphonyl azide to cyclopropylamine anions or by the addition of carbenes or carbenoids to vinyl azides.
