Swear behind

In Procter Gamble (P G) v. Teva Pharmaceuticals (CAFC 2009), the inventor of the osteoporosis drug risedronate attempted to swear behind a prior art reference however, the court rejected the evidence because the notebook was unwitnessed and was not corroborated by any other evidence. P G won the case on other bases, but nevertheless you get the idea.
