Surface area, pellicular supports

There is an extensive range of potential applications for the calcined materials including separation media, catalysts, catalyst supports and microreactors. Mesoporous materials may be prepared as rods, hollow spheres, filled (pellicular) spheres according to the requirements. Neutral amines may be used, for example, to prepare spheres of surface area 700 m g and different radii.
