Styrid is a styrene suppressant with a unique chemical formulation. Tests have proven that Styrid provides suppression rates in excess of 50% with no effect upon interlaminar bonding.

Styrid, when used properly in polyester resin, will reduce styrene emissions to conform to California Rule 1162 without causing delamination or secondary bonding problems. 

To be used at room temperature at 0.6% to 1% by weight. Normal mixing procedures will disperse material completely. Agitation is required prior to use to assure proper consistency.
