Sphincter of Oddi dysfunction

Severe renal impairment moderate or severe hepatic impairment history of bowel obstruction, symptomatic gallbladder disease, suspected sphincter of Oddi dysfunction, or abdominal adhesions known hypersensitivity to the drug or any of its excipients. 

Structural Gallstone disease, sphincter of Oddi dysfunction, pancreas divisum, pancreatic tumors... 

Biliary complications, ischemic or non-isch-emic, occur in up to 25% of transplant recipients (Letorneau and Castaneda-Zuniga 1990). Complications include leaks, strictures, stones or sludge, dysfunction of the sphincter of Oddi, malposition-ing of the T-tube, and recurrent disease.
