Site selection labour

The showing of films necessitates an auditorium and also the subject must be applicable to the audience. The method adopted has been a selective approach. Each large employer of labour on the site is approached and given the opportunity to select a film which is appropriate to the trades employed. Subcontractors employing similar skills arc invited to participate and the film is then shown in the contractor s mess room at a convenient time, usually at the end of a shift, or at the lunch break.
