Sherman Antitrust Act

Mack Manufacturing, the truck company. Over the next decade, the group took control of almost 40 transit companies located in 14 states. It also acquired a controlling interest in several other companies located in four additional states. In 1947 a grand jury indicted the company for violating the Sherman Antitrust Act (1890). [Pg.74]

Two district court decisions have examined the use of brand payment provisions in the settlement agreements involving Cardizem CD and Hytrin.
