Selection of continuous vacuum filters

The batch types of vacuum filters (sections 13.1 to 13.4) are basically industrial versions of the Buchner funnel and, as such, there is not much between them in terms of their suitability for different types of slurries. This is due to their versatility thanks to the batch operation, and, consequently, their selection is simply done on the basis of their process suitabihty or convenience.
