Secrets and Surprises

The winter of your business is about reconnecting with yourself, your family, and the fundamental structure of your business. Now is the time to figure out or concretize your reasons for being in business or what your business feeds in you. So what does one do in the winter The desire is there to pull the whole thing out by the roots—and this could be your hair— but you must exercise your will in an area other than your business at this time your self. You must slow down. You are in the phase of reflection, dreaming, and deeper questioning. Now is tiie time to pull out those ideas (both old and new) and begin exploring different opportunities that you didn t have the time for during the other seasons.
