A slot-beam CCD-based scanning digital mammography system was originally marketed by Fischer imaging Inc (Denver CO). It employs dels of 54 pm. Over a limited portion of the detector, data can be read out at 27 pm intervals to provide a high-resolution mode. Digitization is performed at 12 bits. [Pg.24]
