Shoes safety

An extremely important safety issue with respect to ah. wood product manufacturing processes is personal worker safety. Ah of the processes use much moving machinery, usuahy including many saws or knives. Workers must continuahy remember the inherent dangers these machines involve as weh as other possible dangerous situations which could result from malfunctions or other errors. In addition, most processes are more or less dusty and noisy. Most employers require use of safety glasses and many require hearing protection, safety shoes, and hardhats as weh as other kinds of protection needed for Specific jobs. 

In view of the above, aniline should be handled in areas with adequate ventilation and skin exposure should be avoided by wearing the proper safety equipment. Recommended personal protective equipment includes hard hat with brim, chemical safety goggles, hiU length face shield, mbber gaundet gloves, mbber apron, and mbber safety shoes or mbber boots worn over leather shoes. 

Wear proteetive elothing appropriate to the work, e.g. leather gloves, fire-retardant overalls, safety shoes or boots and eye proteetion.

The standard 29 CFR 1910.132-1910.138 outlines the PPE for personnel required to perform activities in and around colorant and additive production operations. There could be numerous uses for the recovered carbon black for rubber goods such as vehicle tires, footwear, rubber sheets, conveyer belts, dockfenders, etc. Some samples of rubber goods such as bicycle tires and safety shoes have been made with the recovered carbon black and their durability has been tested in comparison with commercial ones.
