Romanian musts

Serot et al. (2001) French and Romanian musts Dichloromethane NIF, OSME, AEDA... [Pg.396]

Serot, T., Prost, C., Visna, L., and Burcea, M. (2001). Identification of the main odor-active compounds in musts from french and romanian hybrids by three olfactometric methods. J. Agric. Food Chem., 49, 1909-1914. [Pg.416]

Comparing with other values determined by the same technique or others (Chirila et al., 2002, Chirila et al., 2005) the reported metal concentrations in the analyzed samples are very high, over the limits imposed by Romanian regulations (in parentheses). This fact can be explained by the construction works for the extension of municipal wastewater treatment plant, situated on the Tabacarie Lake s northern part. Studying all the analyzed quality parameters it is obvious that urgent works of rehabilitation must be done, because the degree of pollution is over the accepted limits. [Pg.365]
