Rhombohedral and Turbostratic Structure

The rhombohedral (r-BN) structure is similar to the h-BN phase but the atomic layers sequence is ABC ABC. It was reported that r-BN is formed during conversion of c-BN into h-BN [22] (Fig. 4). [Pg.8]

Turbostratic structure is characterized by a layer structure similar to h-BN the layers are mostly parallel but not aligned to the c-axis [10] (Fig. 4). [Pg.8]
