Results Obtained with Low Values of

The values of the dimensionless number R is taken at 1, by considering the two values of the components of R, the thickness of the linen and the coefficient of convection h. With such a low value, the process of the agent release from the linen is controlled by convection at the linen-liquid food interface. The values of the Moutiers number (MN) are shown in Table 5.2. 

In the same way, the kinetics of consumption of the active agent also increases with the thickness of the linen.
