Reinforced-plastic prepreg

TPX Mitsui Petrochemical Industries, Ltd. s tradename for its family of polymethylpentene plastic, tracer A foreign substance, usually radioactive, that is mixed with or attached to plastic material so its distribution or location can later be determined. It is used as a trace chemical to determine behavior of the plastic melt flow through plasticators, molds, and dies. Also called a tracer element or accessory element.
