Reductive amination liposome conjugation

One of the oldest methods involves conjugation of HA oligosaccharide to phosphatidylethanolamine by reductive amination via the reducing end of HA. This amphiphilic HA is incorporated into the hilayer of the liposome by mixing with suitable lipid components like cholesterol, l-palmitoyl-2-oleoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphocholine and so on, in different ratios.
