Reactions of Thienopyrimidines

The reaction of thienopyrimidines 75 with 3 afforded after chromatographic purification 1,3,5 -trioxo-l, 3,3, 5 -tetrahydro-spiro[indene-2,2 -thiazolo [2,3-b] cycloalkyl [f>] thieno [2,3-d] -pyrimidine] -3 -carbonitriles 154 (Scheme 48,12JHC1009).
