Running at higher amounts (0.9 equiv.) did not show any negative impact on conversion or ee, but as the levels increased beyond this (1.5 and 2.1 equiv.) both of these values were sharply reduced. Also the amount of sulfone had a tendency to increase at the highest H20 content.
