Raltegravir randomised studies

An end-of-double-blind-phase and end-of-study results of the two randomised, placebo-controlled trials assessing efficacy and safety of raltegravir, BENCHMRK-1 and BENCHMRK-2, were published [324 -]. The most common drug-related adverse events at 5 years in both groups i.e. nausea, headache, and diarrhoea, as well as laboratory test result abnormalities, occurred at similar rates in each group.
