Quantum dots oligomers

From the viewpoint of chemistry, the molecular building blocks with photoactive or electroactive units are considered first. In other words, supramolecular species are characterized by the ordered arrangement of their components, such as semiconductor clusters, nanocrystals, and quantum dots, as well as aromatic-type organic molecules, coordination compounds, oligomers, and polymers by the nature of the intermolecular noncovalent interactions that hold these components together on nanoscales to form spontaneously organized supramolecular assemblies.
