Punches pressure tolerance

The pressure tolerance depends on the smallest diameter of the punch, e.g., the backing-off lathe at the punch tip and the cup depth. It is calculated from the load capacity of the tool steel. A guide for maximum pressure tolerance is given in Table 3. [Pg.3793]

Once the material is selected and the component information is drawn from the database directly, the CAD Module is called in and the process parameters to produce the components such as punch pressure, punch force, tolerances are recommended.
